Three weeks from today, I will teach a halter making workshop at BreyerWest in Albany, Oregon.
To prepare, I spent this weekend making halters--lots of them!
These halters will serve as samples for the workshop, but they will also be available for purchase. I'm hoping to have at least one saddle for sale, too. If you're attending BreyerWest and want to buy something, be sure to find me!

I just went from really wanting to go to really NEEDING to go to BreyerWest!
ReplyDeleteThose halters are absolutely gorgeous, by the way!
Foal halters maybe?
ReplyDeleteThose are definitely on the to-do list!

AHHHHHHH! Why do I have to live so far away! Wish I was there. Are you also teaching how to make nameplates and padding or just regular halters? Hope all goes well. :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a beginner level workshop so the halters we make will be pretty basic. However, I'm hoping to take some time at the end to explain and demonstrate more advanced techniques like rolled throatlatches, tongue buckles, roller buckles, padding, etc.
DeleteWow! You made even more halters this weekend than I made in a whole week!!! They are so nice
