Colorful dressage

Today's first Tack Reference Tuesday post was all about bling, specifically the Dressage Queen tendency to put Swarovski crystals on literally everything. In this follow up, we're looking at a pair of colorful dressage bridles that have recently caught eye, starting with this rose gold number by Kavalkade.
Some its features include - what else? - giant rose gold crystals on the brow, rose gold padding on the noseband and rose gold hardware throughout.
Not going to lie, I kind of love these buckles!
I'm not sure I can say the same for this. It is a Halter Ego Aspen Leather bridle.
In addition to the predictable giant crystal browband,
this bridle boasts a two inch wide noseband made from multi-colored, textured, specialty leather and metallic taupe padding. It is a lot.
If this is your thing, you'll be happy to know you can also buy a matching halter.
That's also a lot.
Even though this is clearly not my thing, I'm glad it exists. The days of stodgy dressage tack are long since past. It's a brave, new, sparkly, colorful world, and I here for it.
