Today's first Tack Reference Tuesday post was all about bling, specifically the Dressage Queen tendency to put Swarovski crystals on literally everything. In this follow up, we're looking at a pair of colorful dressage bridles that have recently caught eye, starting with this rose gold number by Kavalkade.
Some its features include - what else? - giant rose gold crystals on the brow, rose gold padding on the noseband and rose gold hardware throughout.
Not going to lie, I kind of love these buckles!I'm not sure I can say the same for this. It is a Halter Ego Aspen Leather bridle.
In addition to the predictable giant crystal browband, this bridle boasts a two inch wide noseband made from multi-colored, textured, specialty leather and metallic taupe padding. It is a lot.
If this is your thing, you'll be happy to know you can also buy a matching halter.
That's also a lot.
Even though this is clearly not my thing, I'm glad it exists. The days of stodgy dressage tack are long since past. It's a brave, new, sparkly, colorful world, and I here for it.

“Halter Ego” I love it!
