A couple months, I looked at my blog stats, did a little mental math and came to the conclusion that this space would likely get its eight millionth pageview sometime during the first week of NaMoPaiMo.
"Perfect," I thought. "That is perfect."
Then, Olive died.
Overnight, my pageviews went through the roof.Tragedy sells.
This morning, I realized today was going to be the day.
I put off errands until the counter ticked over. This was the fastest million pageviews this blog has received so far, coming less than a year and a half after the last big milestone. How long will it take to get to nine million? Not going to lie, I'm hoping for a lot less tragedy and, perhaps, a lot less pageviews. Only time will tell.

Congratulations! I just wish that the circumstances were different ❤️

If anyone deserves a year better than the last, it's you, Jennifer. Here's hoping. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Thank you for sharing your life with us - the good, the bad, and everything in between. I enjoy living in Colorado vicariously through you. ~Kim in WI~
