NaMoPaiMo day fourteen

Today was Valentines Day. I wish I could say I spent it with my sweetie...

or my actual other sweetie.
I also wish I could say that I worked on my NaMoPaiMo horse, but I didn't do that either.
What I did do was work. I opened and closed the store, which makes for a long day. I might paint a spot or two, just to say I did, but probably not. I'm feeling like a slacker tonight.
The same can not be said for today's NaMoPaiMo Champion of the Day, Taylor Brookman.
Taylor started her big, beautiful pencil roan right at the beginning of the month...
and has been making slow but steady progress ever since.
Every day, more roaning.
When you're going on a weekend getaway, but it's NaMoPaiMo.
RIP pencil number one.
Taylor's motto is, “Keep going because you didn’t come this far to only come this far.” Those are powerful words, and even though this is a really ambitious project, I have no doubt we'll be seeing her horse in the Winners' Circle by the end of the month.
Congratulations, Taylor and good job to everyone (not me) who worked on their models today. I can't wait to see what we do tomorrow.
