If...

If you spent your weekend planning your Breyerfest trip...
 rather than doing this...
 or this...
then you suck and we can't be friends anymore. Kidding/not kidding.

  1. Don't worry. My weekend has also been filled with yard work. My mom and I spent this afternoon ripping out an old tree. I swear that tree had at least 100 roots going out everywhere and we had to cut ALL of them before we could even budge it... And then we ripped out a bunch of bushes in the back.

    So much fun! *sarcasm :)*

    1. I feel your pain.

I feel it with every single aching muscle in my body.

  3. That means we get to be friends! I definitely did NOT spend my weekend planning my BF trip since I'm not going. I did, however, spend my weekend doing OT at work and laundry. We have desert landscaping so there's no yard work.

  4. I'm not going to BF either. I spent my weekend during heavy duty cleaning--purging old stuff in closets and drawers as the first step ina two week whole house deep clean and declutter project. Not fun.

  5. Add me to the "Not Going Club." But I didn't do yard work - I am sewing American Doll dresses for my granddaughter's birthday this coming week.

  6. I just used a pickaxe to dig holes for four trees and seven shrubs and I have three trees left. My fingers are the only things movable on my body today, and that's under protest. Yay mountain living. Let's go have a margarita and wine about non-Breyerfest doings. :D

    1. OMG a margarita sounds like heaven.

We've had the pickaxe out, too. We're putting in an irrigation system so that's four trenches--three long and two short. I named them Death Valley, Satan's Playground, Highway to Hell and the Autoclave.
