Patience

There was a time--a long time, actually--when my hobby participation was limited to the purchase of one or two original finish Breyers a year and a subscription to the Hobby Horse News.

Even though I didn't own any resins or customs, those were the models that captured my imagination.   

I pored over those magazines, studying the artist ads and deciding which models I'd choose if I suddenly had an unlimited hobby budget. 

Usually, those my choices were performance oriented.  I wanted a Vigil for English and a Black Horse Ranch Loper for Western.

I also wanted a Lori Daniels Chip. 

I have the Vigil and the Loper, and yesterday--finally!--I got my Chip.
