Post weekend show report

Janna (Ragsdale) Shepherd is one of the best and most generous live show photographers in the hobby.  Last weekend she attended the Mid-Ark Model Horse Expo in Greenbrier, Arkansas.  Here are some of her pictures from the Custom and Resin Performance division.

From the looks of it, this show had a very strong Costume division,
 in terms of both quality...

and variety.

You know you wanted a better look at that!

Here's another one...

that merits a closer look!

Janna's main performance horse was All Glory, a Morgen Kilbourn Hazel resin  painted by Sophie Nordstr√∂m.  Her parade entry features tack by Carrie Olguin and a doll by Darla Curtis.
Here she is again with a great saddle-free agility set-up.  This victory helped propel All Glory to the CM/AR Other Performance Champion title.
The English division was next.  All Glory donned her beautiful Cristina Brown tack set and continued her winning ways, eventually claiming the CM/AR English Performance Championship.
Janna's other horse, Castiel, made it a clean sweep by picking up the CM/AR English Performance Reserve Champion honors.
Jennifer Scott Depeche resin painted by Dani Schacht, tack by Samantha Wine (saddle), Corinne Ensor (bridle), and Jana Skybova (pad), doll by Anne Field
Onto to Western!

This was another tough division...

with lots of great entries.

All Glory added a Western division Reserve Championship to her winnings, and was the clear choice for the Custom and Resin Performance Overall Champion.
Congratulations, Janna, and thank you so much for allowing me to share your photos!

  4. I actually saw the exact entry shown in photo 15 at a live show last month. The entry was just downright perfect! The saddle was absolutely gorgeous!
