Colorado Fall Charity Horse Show

Yesterday Teresa, Fabian and I attended the evening performance of the Colorado Fall Charity Horse Show at the National Western Event Center in Denver, Colorado.  This all breed show is in its forty eighth year and primarily features classes for light and gaited breeds.
The first class on the schedule was the AHA Western Horsemanship Medal.
That was followed by several Western Pleasure classes for Saddlebreds,
Arabians,
Half Arabians,
and all breeds.
Just to keep things equal, there were also multiple Huntseat Pleasure classes, including some for Saddlebreds,
Arabians,
and Half Arabians.
There were also a sprinkling of harness events,
Saddlebred Country English Pleasure,
and my favorite class of the night, Open Five Gaited.
The Rocky Mountain Horse Show Association Showdown English Pleasure (Hunt or Saddle Seat) Final was the last class of the evening.  I was rooting for the Saddlebreds, but the little chestnut hunter Arab was the big winner.
All in all, this was a most excellent was to spend an evening.  Thanks for going with me, Teresa and Fabian!
