Down the rabbit hole

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, so I decided to make a 1:9 scale cornucopia.

Of course that meant I also had to make a big pile of fall leaves.... 

and lots of fruit and vegetables. Fortunately, I already had some apples and carrots. 

The pumpkins and pears were easy enough, 

but the corn and grapes almost brought me to tears.

I baked everything this morning, and I am pleased with how it looks. 

Still, I can't help but think that my horn of plenty looks more like a horn of not-quite-enough. I guess there's a little more polymer clay in my future. Maybe I'll even attempt some green grapes...
