Time lapse

As much as I enjoyed the whole "countdown to one million" thing, I also found it quite distracting.  Remember all that momentum I had going in January?  Yeah, that's gone.

Today, I decided it was time to get back to work.  The first order of business was to reclaim my work space.

Here it is at nine o'clock.
This is twelve o'clock...
and this is two o'clock.
And here's what it looks like now, at three nineteen p.m.
Hopefully I will have some good finished tack pictures to share tomorrow!

    1. I'd be happy to come and play with your kitty, but I don't want to clean.

  4. I like how the puppy Kennel is an extra desk, i used to use my old one as a extra set up table with my train Dioramas.

on a side note i enjoy cleaning house, but if i was invited to clean yours!? Finders keepers ;) just kidding!

    1. That dog kennel was bought for Maggie, and she spent most of her declining years sleeping in it. After she died, the crate made me really sad, and I almost got rid of it. I'm glad I didn't now. Emma has started curling up in there while I work. It makes me very happy to have a two dog studio again!

  5. I don't usually end up with a messy work station as I don't have a permanent work space.I sew at the kitchen table (and then put the machine away) and I assemble dolls on a box top on my lap. Once the doll is finished the scraps go in the trash. So I only have a messy space nearing the end of the doll. I should probably vacuum the porch sometimes. That's where the dremmeling happens so there are little pieces of plastic everywhere. Great job cleaning up and getting back into things!

    1. For years I had a portable work station, which mostly got set up on the kitchen table. I was much neater then, mostly because I HAD to be. Now that I have my own space, I tend to let the mess pile up--especially when I'm not working every day. Usually it doesn't get quite THIS bad, though!

  6. Sadly, my workbench currently looks too much like the first photo. (At least in the area where a saddle is being made.

  7. If you ever get tired of "Braymere Custom Saddlery," I think "Two Dog Studio" sounds rather nice as well. :-)

(Since you just got a fancy-schmancy new header here I doubt that's going to happen, LOL)
