Eye candy

I did survive my trip to Illinois.  I had a great time at the Show for the Cure, but the actual traveling was far more complicated than I could have ever anticipated.  As a result, I came home exhausted and have spent the day recovering.  Expect a more comprehensive show report in the days to come.  Today all I have is a little bit of eye candy.

  2. Wow, so nice! Who did that rabicano, do you know? I love the tail :-)

  3. Which one? There are actually two Appaloosa Valors in that array and both were *stunning*. Actually, that's a good word to describe the entire Resin and Custom divisions. The depth in those divisions was amazing!

  4. Just missed you, Carol. I think the rabicano was a Carol Williams piece but that's just a guess. There were so many Carol Williams horses it made my head spin. By the time the foal classes rolled around I had completely lost track of almost everything!

  5. And to think someone told Molebait was headed for the mantle! Not retired yet?!

  6. So nice to see my Ziryab pictured. Even if she didn't place she is getting the noteriety that I think she deserves. In case any one is curious, she was painted by Billie Campbell. It was great meeting you at the show, Jenn. Hope the dog is feeling better.

  9. There were so many awesome horses at this show. I had been told there would be and somehow I was still amazed by the depth of the competition. Rosalie, it was so good to meet you and I loved that Ziryab. I took a whole bunch of pictures of her--the finishwork is just too die for. I'm glad to report the pup is ok. Her eyes are still boogery, but so are my the other dog's. I know Maggie has seasonal allergies so I'm assuming Darcy does too. Of course, it's not slowing either one of them down too much!
