As I mentioned yesterday, I finally finished Kim's pony harness. This is not the smallest harness I've ever made, but it just might be the most detailed. The bridle gave me fits. It's hard to pack so much into such a little space!
Top view. I used slip buckles on the crupper because the pony has broken tail issues. Model horses aren't real horses and sometimes you have to make allowances for their plastic limitations!Hope you like it, Kim!
Like it?? I love it! I'm so happy with the detail and quality and can't wait to show the harness with the snazzy new driver I have coming! Thanks so much!
Awesome! My mom drives and I want to make a harness someday... but boy they have a lot of parts. Yours is beautiful. By the way I'm making braided reins from your tutorial right now, one half of them came out beautiful, cross your fingers for me not breaking a hole on the second half.
Beautiful work! I love all those little details!
ReplyDeleteVery nice! Not adding a check to the bridle?

ReplyDeleteThat is the cutest thing. I especially like the silver on the browband- I'll have to give that a try sometime!
