Ratfalca

It seems that someone has become obsessed with Olympic dressage...
After several hours of online viewing, Nutmeg decided she was ready to enter the arena.
Her test got off to a nice start...
but then there was a grooming break,
followed by an instance of excessive rider aids,
and finally a disqualification for leaving the ring.
Poor Nutmeg!  Maybe she'll be ready for the 2016 Games...

  1. Hahaha, well at least there was no danger of her dumping a rider!

  2. I posted the first picture on Facebook and got a lot of comments, but so far no one has accused her of being Roll Kur'ed. Phew. That's a relief. Wouldn't want anyone to think there's abusive training going on here!

  6. Hahaha, great!
And no worries about Rollkur accusations when that little snout is always so perfectly before the vertical, as it should be. *g*

  8. That is so cute! I'll admit it, I have done the same thing with my hamster, although he seems to like the discipline of reining ever since I put a western saddle on him! Lately though, he's been trying out show jumping - I bet it's from watching all the olympics.
