Franceyn Dare has done it again. Just look at this year's Halloweenie Weirdlings!
The first is this tiny, glittery Stablemate Alborozo.
Franceyn writes: Glossy, red and delicious is "Jack-O"! He features 3D holographic goodness behind his little pumpkins. All manner of colours flash there as you move him through the light.
Black Magic is next. He is a splash pinto with witchy silhouettes incorporated into his white pattern.
The "magic" part is that he was painted with temperature sensitive paint. His black areas change colour when held by warm hands!
Next up is Wom-Bats in the Belfry. There are two versions of this concept because Franceyn says she was having too much fun drawing teeny wombats!
Version One is shaded purple with fluorescent green wombats and wombat paw prints.
He is finished in high gloss to make everything really pop.
Here's Version Two.
This one is done with the white areas left as bare plastic. She is also finished in lovely glassy looking gloss.
The Splataloosa isn't particularly spooky, but boy is he pretty.
Franceyn writes: The Splataloosa is a seriously gorgeous metallic shaded blue with just enough purple to make him pop.
He features striking metallic gold paint splats as his appaloosa spots. I just love how this guy looks.
Me too, Franceyn. Me too.
Franceyn describes the her next piece this way: Chunky little "Goblin" is hiding his treasure within!
He features glittery 3D black holographic stars and teeny little skulls.
His coat colour is a mix of greens and golds with black cracks and lines. Goblin is finished in high gloss.
Onto to SoulStruck!
Franceyn writes: Ever such a little bit creepy, is "SoulStruck" with his ghostly face and hands stretching out from within.
His black leg colour trails menacingly up into his torso.
So spooky!
Finally, here's Little "Voodude," the fourth piece in Franceyn's Voodoo series. She says: This little guy features a skull shaped space in his torso with hand sculpted roses as the skulls eyes and a tiny inverted gold chrome heart as its nose.
The stitches on his left back leg are coming adrift a bit, and his sparkly glittery "magic" is visible through this little crack.
As I often with my customs, Voodude has a minor wardrobe malfunction where one of his ears has been folded over a little.
He has an adorable double heart patch on his right side. Voodude is guaranteed to have been created with only the best, happy juju!!
There's still one more Weirdling to share, but this post is long and Olive - and work - beckons. I'll post my favorite Favorite later this evening.
