When I invited the entire local model hobby community to my house for an Arts and Crap day I did so thinking that I'd get maybe four or five people. Maybe.
Instead, eight people came and most of them brought projects.
There was Arts and Crap in the living room, Arts and Crap in the dining room,
Arts and Crap in the kitchen,
Arts and Crap on the back porch and even Arts and Crap in the empty space between the dining room and living room!
Oh yeah. There were saddle rats, too.
Whew, that was a lot of fun but next time maybe we can do it at someone else's house?

Had a GREAT time!
ReplyDeleteLol that looks like HEAPS of fun! How did poor Darcy fare with all the scary intruders? :)
ReplyDeleteSo jealous! the hobby crafts days are the best!
ReplyDeleteDarcy was unable to handle the crowd so Seth did everyone a favor by putting her in the car and taking her away. Pictures and captions from their adventure can be found here.
ReplyDeleteSeth is a good sport and soooo funny!
ReplyDeleteWhat did you do with the boys?
For reasons I do not understand, Ryan and James did not want to ride in the car with Darcy. They stayed home and helped with rat wrangling and some of the craft projects. They also joined the group for lunch afterwards!
ReplyDeleteLOVED Arts & Crap day :) Thank you Jennifer!
ReplyDeleteThank you for letting me bring two boxes of projects (and tools) and letting me borrow your expertise.
ReplyDeleteIt was great!
I just made dollstands here at home. They will be fantastic to use on saturday at a liveshow I am attending. Great tips and looks like you all had a fabulous day!
